In accordance with IRS guidelines, Atlanta Dream Center maintains discretion and sole control over the use of all donated funds. All donations are non-refundable. Atlanta Dream Center strives to honor the donor’s request for any of our pre-approved programs and projects whenever possible. When that is not possible or when program and projects are fully funded, gifts will be used where needed most.
